These Terms govern your access to and use of Lodgezify websites, apps, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be of legal age and authorized to bind your business. Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features are paid on a subscription or usage basis. Fees, taxes, and billing cycles are shown at checkout and/or in your dashboard. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto‑renew until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method.
3. Payments Processing
Payment features may be provided via integrated third‑party processors and card networks. You must comply with applicable network rules, PCI DSS, and anti‑fraud/AML laws. We may suspend payment capabilities if we detect risk, non‑compliance, or chargebacks.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or high‑risk activities, to violate intellectual property, or to interfere with network security. We may suspend or terminate for violations.

5. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. You are responsible for your customers' notices and permissions where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, software, and content are owned by Lodgezify or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the Services during your subscription.
7. Third‑Party Services
Integrations are provided "as is." Your use of third‑party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lodgezify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to fees paid to us for the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Lodgezify and its affiliates against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or non‑payment. You may cancel anytime via your dashboard. Terms that by nature should survive (fees due, IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities) shall survive termination.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
