Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to software subscriptions, usage‑based fees, and payment processing fees purchased fromLodgezify.
1. Trials
Free trials may be offered. Charges begin at the end of the trial unless canceled before renewal.
2. One‑Time/Usage Fees
Settlement, transaction, or terminal fees are non‑refundable once services are rendered, except in cases of processing error attributable to us or as required by law.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe there is a billing error, contact billing@lodgezify.com within 30 days. We will investigate and correct any verified errors or issue a credit/refund.
4. Chargebacks
If a chargeback occurs, we may suspend services and pass through network/processor fees. We'll help you provide evidence where applicable.
2. Subscriptions
Monthly Plans
Cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We generally do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Annual Plans
You may cancel auto‑renewal at any time; the subscription remains active through the paid term. Refunds for unused months are not typically provided unless required by law.
